Sarabante is a neocrust / dark hardcore band from Athens, Greece. Formed in late 2006, the band went through a fairly uneventful and inactive period involving a few changes in the initial line-up. In early 2010, the band reformed and the line-up was finally completed with its current members. They have since then finished recording their first full length album Remnants, which had orignally started early 2008. Remnants CD version was released on July 19th 2011 by Southern Lord on a limited edition production of 1,000 machine-numbered copies and the vinyl version has been released by the band themselves. They released an EP in 2013 entitled 'Έρμαια Των Καιρών / Under The Shadows' and their second full-length 'Poisonous Legacy' in 2016.
