With their reverb soaked noise and harmonies, SUNBEAM RD. create a unique blend of tense and expansive sounds. They unleash the abrasive and driving undertones of fuzz while embracing hi-lights of melody. SUNBEAM RD. are a group of friends and San Francisco migrants. Trevor Hacker and Harrison Pollock made their start playing Misfits covers along with Yamaha keyboard beats in High school, which spurred 10 years of musical collaboration, and facilitated more than 100 shows together in various bands. Soon after graduation from art school in 2008 SUNBEAM RD. really came to light. The addition of Clive Hacker and Cody Hennesy were instrumental in their new sound. Hennesy contributed a very unique aesthetic as he'd been releasing albums/EPs as The Rhombus for many years prior. SUNBEAM RD.'s future plans are to release their recently self-recorded and produced ep (not yet titled) in the earlier part of 2010.
