Inspired by bands like Depeche Mode, New Order or The Cure, SUDDENMOOD interpret the sound of the eighties in a new and contemporary way. Complex, elegant arrangements, leaned against approved song structures of our times, form a particular, distinctive style. Founded in Berne (CH), SUDDENMOOD has been active in today’s formation since the beginning of the year 2000. The actual creating is documented by the newly issued 5-Track-EP «Disconnected» which obtained consistently positive comments and brought SUDDENMOOD – amongst others – also into the finals of the «Battle of the Bands 2006» of the music magazine Sonic Seducer.
