Steven Hess is a musician (drums, percussion, electronics) and member of o.a. Locrian, Cleared, Pan•American, Haptic, and Innode. Rutger Zuydervelt (aka Machinefabriek) is an electronic musician in the field of soundscapes, ambient, noise, installations (a.o). He also releases music for dance productions and movies. They both collaborate / perform / record with a large number of different musicians. Re:collecting is their first release together, though Steven already contributed to Bridges, the 2011 project of Rutger and Gerco Hiddink. Re:collecting is released on Umor Rex as a cassette in a hand-numbered limited edition of 110. Official releasedate is Januari 8th 2016.
