Artist
SLAVE.V-V-R (スレイブブイブイアール) is a vocaloid producer, active since 2014. He most often uses Yuzuki Yukari, Nekomura Iroha and Xin Hua, but he's also been using Crypton vocaloids, specifically Hatsune Miku and MEIKO in his more recent works, starting a new era of sorts, starting with the release oh “Hmm-ah-ah” he hasn’t returned to the innocence/passion era of vocaloid useage, music video styling, or general structure of music releases. His work is recognizable by the fusion of rock and jazz sound, the often eccentric tuning and lyrics, and the self-produced MMD music videos. His videos have featured various characters derived from the original vocaloid designs, such as a version of Miku called ゴス音ミク (Goth-ne Miku), the idol group ジュリアン★キャバレー歌劇団 (Julian Cabaret Opera Group), and most notably 辣子 and 辣恵 (Rako and Rae), the dancing shadow twins present in most of the MVs. As a running gag, he announces his retirement in the description of every song he releases, but never actually retires. His notable works include: このピアノでお前を8759632145回ぶん殴る, which has entered the Vocaloid Hall of Legend. 純情 and 激情 (Innocence and Passion), two sister concept albums to be listened in a "loop". 『んっあっあっ。』 , an entry for the ProsekaNEXT song contest. “My Love is Hellfire” , a song produced for the offical Hatsune Miku youtube channel User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
