S.P.I.T.E. is the debut project of Gary Mundy, most commonly known as the founder of Broken Flag Records, a Power Electronics and Noise Rock based record label in the UK. Mundy is also known for being behind the projects Ramleh and Kleistwahr. S.P.I.T.E. was Mundy's very first project which predates Kleistwahr, of which also predates Ramleh. The project started in 1982, and released one album; Violence, which was released that year on cassette, with a re-release on vinyl on Harbinger Sound in 2010.
