Ryu Vs. Ken were a jazzy, progressive post-hardcore band based in Brisbane, Australia. The band originally started writing songs late 2003 in their hometown of Rockhampton. They were then off and on until the late months of 2005 when the original line-up was finalized. Ryu Vs. Ken played a number of shows, going on a small tour across Queensland with friends Art Vandelay and Western Decay as well as a small New South Wales based tour. The band released their debut EP "Suffer, Surrender" in May 2007. For fans of Hot Cross, The Fall of Troy and At The Drive-In. Their MySpace page can be found here.
