Ruth Portelli is a singer and soprano from Gozo,Malta.She began to sing from early ages and took part in various festivals in Gozo and Malta.She forms also part of the local folk group.Her talent was also discoverd by German composers Ralph Siegel and Bernd Meinunger who wrote her the Malta EuroSong 2009 entries "Innocent Heart" and "Blame it on your heart"."Innocent Heart" was one of the Maltese favourites and has been given airplay on various radio stations in Malta and Gozo.She is one of the finalists of the Malta EuroSong 2010 competing with her song "Three little words" penned by Philip Vella and Gerard James Borg.Her influences are Celine Dion,Laura Pausini and Kelly Clarkson.
