Between them Chris Carter and JHz (James Cocozza) have had releases on several of the more prominent UK breaks labels, including TCR, Botchit and Bedrock to name just a few. In late 2004 a common musical bond led to a decision by both to pool resources and musical experience and embark on a collaborative project. This became known as Roxiller. They have been fortunate enough to earn strong support from breaks DJs and underground radio stations for their output to date. This has included a track for Meat Katie’s Bedrock Breaks album - Big Chat, a single on TCR - Exorcist/Roxiller, and a remix for Dallas based Sober Records’ D-Town by LoBudg. With the foundation of their own label RECORD RECORDS in 2005 their output looks set to sharply increase, with the release of more Roxiller material imminent, as well as more solo material from both and a series of collaborations in the pipeline.
