Rowan Converse is a multi-instrumentalist based out of Ohio, with a fondness for track jackets. His musical style has baffled the likes of critics and fans alike, and he continues to avoid the question 'what kind of music do you play?' He started out with a beat-up acoustic guitar he won in a dice game against a no-legged hobo. A year later he bought a bass guitar at a pawn shop in the roughest part of downtown Cincinnati. Shortly after that he found a mini-tape recorder in the basement of an abandoned steel mill, and the rest is history. His recording methods have always been somewhat unorthodox, but insists that it is hard to play by the rules when you don't know what the rules are.
