Rough Days For Diamond Trade tangles with gloomy catchiness, heartbreaking vocals, and dreamy guitars - with references to the dark 80’s, shoegaze, and electronic pop. The sound of broken hearts on a dance floor. Like dreams marching in time. Rough Days For Diamond Trade is the solo project of the Copenhagen/Berlin based musician and award winning filmmaker Frederik Sølberg. For the last 10 years Frederik has been a key figure on the Copenhagen indie scene as a member of the bands Ghost Society and Lake Placid and directing music videos and live visuals for various acts.
