A sexy bite, a pinch of heaviness, a good dose of humor and a few secret colorful spices make Rouge United a four piece female fronted rock act tailored for pop fields. Refined in Enschede (NL) since 2011, the music of the band is a strong mix of modern rock, sweet pop harmonies and a touch of electronic music. The band revolves around an international duo: Dutch singer JC Wardenaar and Belgian guitarist and founder Ulrich Schadeck, both experienced performers and songwriters. Joined by Kai Liebrand on bass and Tim Kuper on drums, the band turns into a 4 headed rock beast once on stage. Eager to share their music, passion and energy, Rouge United give all they have without any concessions. As soon as the curtain falls, the band lights up the stage with their positive and uplifting attitude. No matter where, no matter when, there’s no time to waste. They rock with style! Just like the lemon after your tequila! Rouge United already has a few victories at their count. They won the Grote Prijs van Twente in 2012 and finished third place twice at the Doorbraak-Oost, both in 2011, and 2012. Moreover, they were seen and heard a few times on 3FM, and on other local radios as well, just a few weeks after the band released their first EP back in 2011. Big plans have been made for 2013.
