Artist
Amn offshoot of The Farmers Boys, Ronnie Can You Hear Me? featured Ian Thirkettle (guitar, keyboards), Mark Kingston (bass), Paul Kingston (vocals), Tom Fenner (drums) and Carole Bush. All of these musicians had been in about six groups each previously. 'Ronnie' self-released 'Vroom for Romance' on their own Ronnie Records label in 1984 and made a classic Monty Python-style video to accompany it. The band also appeared on a compilation LP called Good Morning Mister Presley, dishing up a track called 'Chachi's Theme', their swansong.
