Rompekompetanse is a major unknown solo band from Norway. It all started with the psychadelic song Computerkake, inspired by old modems, 60's psychadelic music and shoegaze. Some other surrealistic instrumentals were the main focus for some time after Computerkake, but Rompekompetanse then started to aim for surrealistic lyrics aswell. From this the underground hit Baljen blå arised. And a few years later, the not as successful Petter flue was released.
