Rojos Calientes, acoustic band formed in Colorado in 2007, their music is a blend of south american folk with north american folk in a unique style called "Latingrass". Lead singer who is from Peru, fell in love with bluegrass music. He was joined for folks from New Jersey (bass and mandolin) and a fiddle player from Kansas, they all met playing open mics in Colorado. They released their first album "Corazon" in 2009, which has been a musical impact in the United States, Europe, and Latin America. Recipient of multiple awards, among them: "El Premio WASAP" Awards.
