Roger Walch is a Swiss pianist, music composer and an award-winning film producer who has been living in Japan since 1998. He is also a professor in Doshisha University and Labor Gakuen Community College in Kyoto. Actively participating in film productions and music festivals in Japan. In 2004 Walch formed an acoustic music duo together with shakuhachi flutist Taro Matsumoto. The duo released two CDs: "Live" (2006) and "Immortal Remains" (2008).
