Robert Van Oz is an artist from Cloudroom House (Somewhere on planet earth). After discovering the works of iamamiwhoami, Van Oz set-off on a spiritual journey to Cloudroom House, where he dreamt of creating a new and innovative ways to produce music. Van Oz began releasing short previews consecutively, via youtube. Shortly after his music/video project began, Van Oz faced severe criticism from the iamamiwhoami community due to the uncanny similarities in musical/visual aesthetics. This lead to a dispute amongst the two parties and shortly after Van Oz released a statement saying: "You accuse me, my music and the visual realization in my videos as a fake, what one notices as they are undifferentiated. All audio and video material has been created by myself, there was no original material of iamamiwhoami is used and this also imitated non-1to1, or the like so these accusations are baseless." He also referred to the iamamiwhoami fans as "extremist", which caused further trouble amongst the community. Despite major criticism, Van Oz continues to release music via youtube.
