Artist
Robbie Hazen, the seasoned 26-year-old acoustic troubadour, knows how to start a riot. Over the past several years, Hazen has brought his uniquely charismatic brand of aggressive pop music and high energy shows to countless venues throughout the US and Canada. His songs about life, death, and the in-between are both captivating and universal, and Hazen’s onstage intensity with and without his backing band is equal parts intimate and powerful. Since the release of his debut EP (Remedy) in 2005, Robbie has been building a strong, loyal following of fans and supporters. He performed throughout the Midwest and promoted his debut CD while attending the University of Notre Dame. After graduating in May of 2008, he quickly set his sights on touring nationally, and relocated to his hometown of Hollywood, FL to put a band together. Over the past 3 1/2 years, Hazen released a second EP (Come To Life), toured both the US and Canada extensively, and received national radio play. His songs have received placement on various TV shows, most recently on E!’s Kim and Kourtney Take New York. 2013 promises to be another busy year for Hazen; he will continue to tour throughout the US with and without his backing band the Riot, and plans on continuing to push his sonic bounds by recording new music at various studios throughout the US.
