There are multiple artists using this name. 1. Roach Motel are a Punk band from Gainesville, Florida, formed in 1980. They played short, fast, and loud songs with not very PC lyrics, toured with Black Flag, Minor Threat and Suicidal Tendencies; played with Dead Kennedys, CH3, the Necros and others, released four records (including the punk compilation, "We Can't Help it if We're from Florida" and their debut "Roach & Roll"). The band split in 1983 only to reunite in 2001. 2. Roach Motel is a House producer duo active during the early 1990s. Signed at Junior Boy's Own label.
