Right Behind Those Left Behind is a rock band, formed in Daytona Beach, Florida in 2011. After leaving Stop Wondering in Summer 2010, singer/guitarist Matt Goings spent the next year focusing on writing and recording music on his own. Originally starting as a purely solo project, Matt is now joined with The Bellevue Residents bassist Frank LaRoche and As We Came New guitarist Philip Temple and drummer Lamar Butler. Right Behind Those Left Behind brings a fresh sound to the often cliche genre of pop punk by combining influences from alternative rock, grunge, post-hardcore, indie, and metal.
