The Ric Sanders Group performs a wide repertoire of jazz and swing, the members are Ric Sanders, Vo Fletcher and Mike Gregory. The violinist - Ric Sanders joined Fairport Convention in 1985. He is influenced very heavily by jazz music, which is seen in many of the violin solos he does in either The Ric Sanders Group or Fairport Convention (his 'day' job). The guitarist - Vo Fletcher currently writes for televion and has much influence in educational music. The diversity of musical style he has brought to the group is notable due to the varying artists he has worked with. The percussionist - Michael Gregory has been involved with film and theatre music for many years, bringing even more influences to the music played in the Ric Sanders Group.
