There are several artists with this name: 1. an American organist from Atlanta, GA, 2. a British singer-songwriter from Portsmouth, UK. --- 1) American organist Richard Morris (May 30, 1942 - September 12, 2013) began his performing career at the age of 12 as a soloist with the Atlanta Pops Orchestra, in Atlanta, Georgia, where he was born. He was a scholarship student with Nadia Boulanger and Robert and Jean Casadesus, and a Fulbright Scholar at the Academy for Music in Vienna. He appeared as a soloist in Carnegie Hall, Town Hall and Alice Tully Hall. He was one-half of the organ-trumpet duo Toccatas and Flourishes with Martin Berinbaum. --- 2) A British singer-songwriter from Portsmouth, UK who released his debut EP Await the Sunset in 2015 and his second EP Stay Alive in 2017.
