Richard Lumb, (dubbed Gandalf the Red) is a solo artist producing lofi, acoustic music of the highest quality. He hails from sunny Stanhope high in the wastelands of Weardale, north eastern Middle Earth. It seems to be obligatory these days to compare solo artists to one another in reviews, so all I can say is he is vaguely reminisant of Fever and Mirrors era Bright Eyes, and maybe Elliott Smith.
