Artist
Born in Langhorne, PA, Richard J. Amtmann III is a Hip-Hop/Elecronic musician building up quite the reputation. Since age 12 he has been seriously considering a career in music, and as of 2009 he has been a full-time musician. In the summer of 2012 he began studying towards a Music Production Bachelors of Science at Full Sail University. One thing Richard J. Amtmann III has always enjoyed is the sound of old, vinyl-cracking Hip-Hop. In November of 2011 he got the idea to do his own Hip-Hop album only relying on vinyl based samples. The album would end up being titled "Splendor Of Winter," a play on Bob Ross's painting special of the same name. With the album being completed, he hopes to reach all media outlets with this new creation with an old twist. So far copies have been sold in Germany, Switzerland, USA, Canada, and other countries. Richard has gone back in time to go forward. The list of accolades is ever growing. Richard has headlined and won online Hip-Hop battle competitions and finished second in the International MC Invitational; a 32 man competition with a $500 prize on the line. In 2014 he hopes to win the whole competition. His songs such as "Speed Bag (Back Pocket)" and "Hold It" have gone viral on efukt.com, garnering millions of hits.
