Revolution of the Dead is young, energetic & fresh band that combines catchy hooks with agression fueled riffs. Founded by frontman Johnny Nutman in 2008, his musical expression has been fundamentally influenced and refined through dealing with various mental health issues including: depression, OCD, anxiety & suicidal tendencies. He was able to learn from this, direct it, and express it. This has resulted in authentic emotive lyrical expression, which allows audiences to experience genuine emotion which connects listeners. As a young Adelaide band we have been able to record, mix and produce an album from limited resources. This achievement was accomplished due to the camaraderie and close personal relationship between the band members, and the passion the band has for providing and performing music to the community as a means of both expression and social wellbeing.
