Retrofect are a five piece alternative indie rock band from Littlehampton on the south coast of England. Renowned for their extrovert live performances, Retrofect consist of Josh Price, Ben Thatcher, Tom Smith, Jamie Mellor and Joel Horne. A four track EP entitled "Mono Magik" was released in January, a CD that was highly demanded and the band plan to go into the studio to record a full length album early in 2007. Having supported up and coming artists such as Little Man Tate, 586, Early Morning Soundtrack, Union of Knives, Kill Kenada, Dead! Dead! Dead! and American band The Listening, Retrofect are fastly becoming one of the souths hotly recommended live unsigned acts. A dark disco/indie project, completed by awesome vocal harmonies is the sound presented by the two energetic frontmen and a flirtacious rhythm section that seizes to astonish.
