Remington Beach Club, this Bremen based noble five-piece association provides a gift since 2003: music. Music that's sometimes regarded as indie ear candy, sometimes as stadium rock for nerds, but so much is for sure: drums, bass, two guitars. This steaming rhythm'n'riff locomotive brings singer Schmidtrock's voice - sweet and edgy - to all those places between Garage Rock Village and Power Pop City. His voice snookers most of those highly appraised rock shouters, and might have broken some hearts in the past years. You can't believe it? Go buy the 2007 "Welcome to..." EP from Meraklis Records or see them live, a sweaty, driving punkrockdiscoshow with ear candy not only for nerds but also for your girlfriend. After burning down Finland and their hometown Bremen in the summer of 2008, the band was working on their first full-length record.
