MC REGGA Regga is a young mc that represents Amsterdam North till his death, although he was born in 1987, in the north of Iraq as Regard Ibrahim. In 1998, the talented freestyle-fan left Iraq with its parents and two brothers to the Netherlands. Regga learned the Dutch language very fast, probably the direct consequence of much hanging around with the young people in its neighbourhood and on school. In 1999, Regga started listening to hip-hop, with legendary 2Pac as a kickoff. As greedy rapfan he listens to hiphop with a dictionary to really understand what he hears. After the film 8 Mile (2003) take place a real envelope, battles hot are and each street angle is a potential battle field for a textual confrontation. Regga always looked with, until Urban (producer/MC) defied him for battle whereas Regga knew nothing concerning itself rap or rhyme.
