Refallen, formed in 2015 from some of the most uncompromising musicians of Pohjanmaa, Finland. They were heavily influenced by the very best of metal and rock bands starting from the 80’s - Judas Priest, Helloween, Queensrÿche, TNT and Dream Theater to name a few - continued with the Finnish melodic metal leaders, such as Stratovarius, Sonata Arctica and Nightwish during the mid/end of 90’s. Refallen was formed by the songwriter and founder member Esa Fors - from a growing need to deliver unique and catchy melodies with a high quality producing and sounds to stand out from the generic music portfolio of some others today - to take the listener to a journey of symphonic metal with an easy to listen arrangements - with an interesting emotional kick - from melodic ballads to very high energy heavy metal songs - and everything in between. Soldiers of Yesterday is the first release from Refallen. This song will be recognized by the unique raw sound and symphonic choir and synth themes. Sound is massive and all the possible efforts is given to deliver the feeling - starting from a hard beatin drums and attitude bass sound - vocals with melodic lines in a 80’s style high register with a "cut through" sound - with guitar solos as well as every other written melodic line that will be easy to listen and enjoy.
