Red Light Octopus were formed in the city of lichfield, in 2008. Taking influences from old school funk, modern rock and groove-bands RLO started to write there own unique material mixing funk, rock, lounge and jazz. WIth Andrew Crowder on Vocals/guitar, Michael Cutayar on lead guitar, Rob Hobbs on bass and Luke O'Brien on drums the band started gigging from the start of 2009, they have played many shows around the midlands bringing there funk to Birmingham, derby, Burton, wallsall, lichfield and more.
