Re:name is a Japanese indie/pop rock band from Osaka. Members: Vocals: 高木一成 (Issei Takagi) Guitar: Soma Drums: ヤマケン (Yamaken) History: Formed in 2016, primarily in the northern Osaka area. Influenced by Western pop music, Re:name has established a unique style that transcends genres, blending English and Japanese lyrics to create nostalgic and approachable melodies that express universal struggles and emotions. In November 2020, they released the album "postmodern indie" nationwide, and in April 2023, they released the album "Mindwash," which includes the FM802 heavy rotation track "prettyfine :)." Expanding their activities, they are sending their music not only throughout Japan but also to the world. Taking advantage of the fact that the members were classmates in middle and high school, their original podcast program "Housetalk!" features relaxed conversations that contrast sharply with their refined music, offering a glimpse into the depth of the band and its members. On February 14, 2024, they released their 4th album, "Give Me All Of Your Life." Following this, they held their own event at Shinsaibashi JANUS on March 17th (Saturday) and their first solo live performance in Tokyo at Spotify O-Crest on April 5th (Friday), both of which were sold out. https://lnk.to/rename https://x.com/Rename_official https://x.com/isseytakagi https://x.com/soma_rnm https://x.com/DoriYanki User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional t
