Artist
Czech rock trio from Valašské Meziříčí. Established in 1997 by Radek Koutný, who left popular group Mňága & Žďorp, because he wanted self-realisation in his own band. In 2002, after several demo records, Rauš published on czech independent label Indies Records the first album Šrámy, recorded with friendly collaboration of famous irish song-writer Glen Hansard ( The Frames) and engineered by Rob Bochnik, guitarist of The Frames . After leaving of percussionist John Janečka in 2004, Radek Koutný transformated the band into acoustic folk-rock trio with partly the same repertoir. The band lost incipient fame and had to start again, but still is relatively respected. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
