Rangga Pranendra was born on October 5, 1989 in Jakarta, Indonesia. He has developed a keen interest in music and instruments since hitting junior high school by choosing acoustic guitar as his weapon-of-choice and learning it autodidact. He joined several local bands as guitarist and keyboardist and performed in many places, events, and competitions. All his life he has been composing quite many songs, which now triggers him to focus more on his solo project. He has also been covering some songs and uploading them to YouTube with the username KilunenCiel. The very first video was done in 2009. Now, his videos have become well-known worldwide as he keeps adding more and more shoots to his account, keeping his tracks only in acoustic. In learning instruments, he never takes formal lessons. Time passes by and here he is now, a productive song-maker, self-taught guitarist who doesn’t even know how to read guitar tabs. He just does it.
