I. Southern Records: Raisin Kane - It's About Time This is a Southern Rock masterpiece from the late 70s in style like early OUTLAWS and MARSHALL TUCKER BAND / CHARLIE DANIELS at their best time. An excellent mix of 70s Country Rock / Southern Rock with fantastic guitar sessions. RAISIN KANE from Tennessee/USA released this album in 1978, the only 1 of the band. A very very rare and expensive private LP - thats why very unknown. RAISIN KANE: Paul David Lindsey - lead vocals / Larry Brewer - guitars, vocals / Larry Bedwell - guitars, vocals / Gary Wadley - drums / Mike Jenkins - bass Tracks: Raisin´ Kane / Tennessee Foxy Lady / Autumn / Rock & Roll Song / We´ll Find A Way / I Don´t Want To Take It / You Don´t Listen To What I Say / All I Can Do / Neon Lights / I Want To Know Southern Records: Raisin Kane - It's About Time II. Popsike: Raisin Kane - It's About Time It's About Time" released in 1978. This is a great Southern Country Rock featuring "dueling" guitar leads from Larry Bedwell on the Gibson Firebird and Larry Brewer on the Gibson SG. This could have been a big hit if it had gotten the right airplay on the right stations. Larry Brewer went on to form the group "The Windows" which toured with Hall and Oates and Jefferson Starship in the 80s. Use to here this band back in the 70's at the original Cotton Club In Puryear Tn. , The Hushpuppy in Cape Girardeau,Mo,The Hourglass in Clarksville,TN, Noble Park in Paducah,KY for all those all day Sunday concerts, Th
