Rage-a-holic Tortise[sic] was the self-proclaimed "hardcore spoken word" project of two 15 year olds, based in New Jersey circa 2004. The band existed for less than a year, but managed to release two full lengths (one of which was labeled as an EP). The misspelling of tortoise was left in the name in the hopes that search engine results would always show the band first if people spelled the word incorrectly.
