Marcy Hill (born December 29, 1994) known professionally as Rack Frost, is an experimental/cloud rap artist based in Richmond, VA. She is also the founder of music collective "Ghosts." She is known to make numerous references to video games, anime, horror films, lesbian/female empowerment, as well as a fictional world known as "The Angelic Hallway." Her debut mixtape "Paralysis Forever," was released on May 26, 2018. Her sophomore mixtape, "Paper Angels" was released on August 17th, of the same year.
