Soul/Funk/Psychdelic band formed in the mid-sixties in Mexico City by brothers Salvadore Agüero, Luis Agüero, and Felix Agüero. Salvador, (nickname "Rabito," hence the group's name) played with Esquivel, Dave Brubeck, Dizzy Gillespie among others. The group was active until the mid-seventies. They recorded their album Soul Latino in one day in 1971, and published it under the Vampi Soul label. It contains a nice choice of covers, among which stand Romeo Y Julieta (Nino Rota), Pais Tropical (Jorge Ben), Funky Chicken (Rufus Thomas), Everyday People (Sly Stone) and Los Pielos Tiesos (Kool & The Gang).
