Raül Fuentes is a sound artist, residing in Spain. He started in 2003 as Heezen , a solo project working around computers, using programmed audio software and found sounds, digital error and tape manipulations. His debut, 'Secret Speech'( 12rec, 2006), was released in september 2006 on german net-label 12rec.net, six tracks '(...) all made of particles of souvenirs, extracted from the memory (...), or was it from old vinyl treasures (...)' (Thierry Massard, Views and Reviews). This work is the introduction to some collaborations appeared in 2007 and other that will be released during 2008, some as remixes: Crepusculum (Zymogen), Xn. and Ellul (Sounds are Active), Monoceros (Imaginary Nonexistent Records). His second album, 'Golden Flow' (Inrecs, 2009) has been released on Imaginary Nonexistent Records on June of 2009. Raül Fuentes sometimes improvised with live sounds in Grup d'Autoajuda.
