"Rød Mix" is from Birkeland in Aust-Agder and was founded in the year 2000. They sing in Norwegian dialect and play their own genre somwehere nearby "Country-rock". All lyrics and melodies are written by themselves, and by 2018 it have becomed 5 albums and several singles! The debut album «Reisefeber» (2002) was followed by "Ute på byen" (2006) and "Sjesk det" (2010), "Gråbein" (2014), "Mi bara ser" (2016) and "Fredløse Staffen" in 2018. They sold thousands of CDs locally and then digital media platforms became available, they where slowly getting known nationally. The number of listeners hav been doubling every 2 years (!) and on spotify they now have around 120 000 plays per month. "Skulle hatt ein TDI" has more than 2 million streams on spotify! The band consists of Terje heia (Vocal, bass), Per Arne "PABben" Botn (Vocal, guitar), Thomas Stensvand (Drums) and Tommy Moe (Lead guitar, choir).
