Psychic Radio was a Las Vegas, Nevada based band consisting of the songwriting talents of Dave Hawkins, as well as members Chris Hubbard, Ryan Klassen, and Chris Hawkins. Formed in 2001, they began garnering a lot of local buzz in 2005, when they signed to local indie label, Embryo Records. Unfortunately, the success was minor and short lived. The band eventually broke up in late 2005 and now newly solo artist, Dave Hawkins a.k.a. David James, ditched the electronic alt-pop sound of Psychic Radio for a more acoustic indie rock-pop style.
