Psychic Pawn were an American death metal band from Phoenix, Arizona formed in 1989. They released a demo in 1991 titled "Expedient Demise" followed by a single in 1992 titled "Disgorged Suppuration" on Cacophonous Records. In 1992 they released another demo titled "Wake of Entity", as well as a promo tape in 1993. They released their first and only album in 1994 on Cacophonous Records titled "Decadent Delirium". Members of Psychic Pawn also played in the death metal band Season of Pain and the power metal band Born of Fire. Joel Whitfield of Nuclear death played drums for them at one point.
