Artist
Proffessor Undressor is an experimental electronic artist based out of Fredericton Canada. Up to this point he has released six albums, several of which have been released under Kelp Records. His first (A Brief Visit to the Metal Hospital) was an experimental concept album revolving around a robot hospital and the things that go on within. His second album The Sumi-E Experiment was a more standard musical album while his third offering (B.A.S.C. of Evil) was commissioned by the CBC program Brave New Waves. In 2007 he released his fourth album The Quantum Hologram which was followed up in 2011 with A Tin Box. After a long hiatus, he released POP in June of 2020 and his most recent release, Fathoms was released in 2021. All these albums are currently available via the Proffessor Undressor Bandcamp page. There have also been a few remix albums and EPs that the Proffessor has done with local Fredericton artists like Hot Toddy, Barriomatic Trust, Frank Atom & the Cooling Pies, and Near Earth Astronaut. These remix EP CDs were never officially released and can generally only be found locally around Fredericton or in the hands of people that know the Proffessor.
