The ConneQT Host Home Program of Avenues for Youth is an ‘outside-the-system’ community and volunteer-based response to youth homelessness. It offer a transformative and intimate approach to LGBTQ youth by providing homes and personalized support. Only through the commitment from the community is this program able to exist.
