There are at least two artists named Port of Call: 1. Port Of Call is an indie band from Leiden, The Netherlands. That is to say: the first two Port Of Call albums (2012's Ten Feet of Wind and 2016's Our Body is Like an Ocean, It Changes) were essentially singer/songwriter albums by Pieter van Vliet. By 2019, however, Port Of Call had become a full band, their first full-length outing being the album Clear Memories (June 2019). As a songwriter Port of Call extensively toured Canada (coast to coast), Switzerland, Portugal, Italy and Germany. Van Vliet is a former member of the international folk collective Folk Road Show. Port Of Call performed at major Dutch festivals such as Oerol, Zwarte Cross and Welcome to the Village. 2. Port Of Call is a Swiss metalcore band, consisting of five members.
