A symbiotic relationship of sound, which connects the contrasts of musical epochs, based on the idea of Synth-Pop, grown to a perfect symbiosis from current influences, with the certain own style. Analogue sequences are embedded in sound structures of today, to become the typical sound of Polytune, which is experimental but also remains as catchy tune. With the charismatic voice Polytune mix all these aspects to their own unmistakable style. The common passion for music, which Fake, Dan Barky and Zero have, made the beginning. The devotion to the electronic music, and the fascination of the old masters of this category, let the three friends experiment, how the sound can be transferred from yesterday to today, how old and new instruments harmonize in current arrangements. Polytune knew from the beginning, that this had to be transported on stage in a special way. So the instruments, which were used for the songs, should be played also on the stage. Relatively atypical, Polytune plays live with an old Simmons-E-Drum, what becomes their trademark. For the backing voices on stage, Mohja was integrated into the Live concept, and later as permanent member.
