Poisoned Wine is an experimental musical project from São Paulo, Brazil. It started around 2008 on Myspace and Youtube when the keyboardist Ericson Willians (Rederick Deathwill) decided to start making his own work. Since that time a huge amount of content was created and published online, but no actual physical copy was ever recorded, nor any contract was ever signed with any label. Poisoned Wine was known as "Poisone Wein", and it's an extremely underground project from the very beginning, since it's essentially a "virtual group", with rare guest members, and with no well defined genre. It started as purely neoclassical on the influence of composers like Lerue Delashay, and then it became more and more electronic and experimental, eventually becoming an industrial project, generally, even though neoclassical works are still very common. The composer enjoys using the term "Ghostwave", because that's what he thinks that best describes his music.
