PLASTIC NURSE was founded in september 2007 by THE NURSE and CRYPTERON. At the beginning the small Austrian dark-electronic band was geared to the Japanese underground cyber-gothic-scene, calling themselves a "cyber-gothic-art-project". After a few try-outs and demos which were well-received on Myspace, they were not comfortable with their style any longer and decided to change the Plastic Nurse sound completely. Their self-named DARK ELECTRONIC ART should be no stereotype, no cliché - just pure innovative experimental sound, as they said.
