Pixel Panda was a Kansas City-based noise rock band. 2002-2010. Released three albums, a 7", and a few compilations. Started out as a frenetic dual-vocal noise punk act, then moved to a more grooving Latin-jazz and dance inspired band, to a more soulful and minimalist prog rock sound. All while always retaining it's tragicomic sounds of the 60's rheem organ. Founding member and guitarist Jorge Arana and drummer Josh Enyart are part of instrumental avant-rock group the Jorge Arana Trio. Bassist Luis Arana and keyboardist Alicia Solombrino are now members of the alternative rock band Beautiful Bodies.
