London based Portuguese DJ/producer Filipe Galante, aka PIXEL 82 followed the release of tracks on CO2 Recordings and Bloop Records with the release of his greatly acclaimed Electric Shock EP and Kiss the Future EP on his own LDR. Besides his own DJ and live work and original productions, PIXEL82 has remixed such outstanding and diverse artists as Freddie Mercury ("Love Kills"), Kylie Minogue ("Boombox" and "WoW") and Anderson Noise ("Londrina"), and has been remixed by Monoroom and NY based Chris Fuentes. During this, he has also worked as a sound designer for performances, dance and films, namely for Channel 4 in the UK. He also produced the next single for dance diva Billie Ray Martin of Electribe 101 and S'Express fame, while playing live as a dj and live act both in the UK and in Europe in clubs such as Cargo, Fluid, On the Rocks, Trailer Trash, Boombox, Bar Music Hall, Rex (UK) and Lux, Plano B, Industria?(Europe), to name just a few. His track PingPong from last year's ?Kiss the Future EP? has also just been licenced to "Carl Cox Ultimate" compilation for Ministry of Sound | Universal.
