From 1984 until 1992, Pinkard & Bowden were actively recording music for themselves as well as writing music for others, such as Frizzel and West, Mel Tillis, Anne Murray, Tanya Tucker, Ray Charles & Clint Eastwood, and Vern Gosdin.
